Nitrogen purification for the polymer industry
Nitrogen is used in many branches of industry today: as a protective gas in the food industry, as a coolant in various manufacturing processes, for quenching in metal treatment and in plastics production. A wide range of materials are produced in the polymer industry, from the simplest to the highest quality materials.
ReiCat’s nitrogen purification plants are used in this sector on several continents. The N2 purifaction unit in the picture has a capacity of 40 Nm³/h and reduces the oxygen content to 5 ppmv during continuous operation.
