Quality control is continuously performed during skid manufacturing and between the individual disciplines. ReiCat always carries out both the quality control and the final leak and functional tests.

Commissioning

We support our customers on-site during the commissioning of our systems. This includes supervising the installation of the systems, filling the tanks, performing final mechanical work, and starting up the system.
The skid construction enables quick and safe commissioning.

  1. Remote monitoring: We offer a remote monitoring and maintenance service for high-availability systems to prevent unforeseen but avoidable downtimes.
  2. Maintenance: We offer regular on-site maintenance of your system. This maintenance is carried out by qualified specialists who became familiar with your system during the project planning phase.
  3. Leak tests: We offer professional leak tests for our systems on-site. The tests can also be carried out with annual maintenance or inspection of the entire system. The leakage test is carried out with nitrogen or oil-free air. The detection limit is approx. 1×10^-3 mbar l/s.
  4. Spare parts: We provide a comprehensive spare and wear parts package for every system, ensuring you have all the necessary components. Thanks to our detailed system documentation, essential wear and spare parts can be dispatched quickly.

What are the advantages of nitrogen recycling?

Nitrogen plays a central role in the production and processing of high-quality plastics. However, it is often not consumed in those processes but merely contaminated. Through gas recycling, up to 98 % of the valuable gas nitrogen can be recovered from the exhaust gas stream and recycled, which reduces gas procurement costs enormously.

ReiCat recycling systems are operated fully automatically. The plants are also low-maintenance due to low dust levels. Redundancies ensure a continuous gas supply. Optional remote data monitoring ensures maximum availability.

What technologies are used to recycle nitrogen?

Nitrogen recycling is a complex process consisting of a combination of up to seven different methods. Depending on customer specifications, ReiCat Catalyst Technology, TSA drying, filtration, cryogenic adsorption, and other mechanical and chemical processes are used. We often use gas-gas heat exchangers, as catalytic purification requires high temperatures. The gas-gas heat exchangers reduce energy costs through heat recovery (recuperation).
