Advantages of ReiCats HighFlex H2® purification
Decades of extensive experience in hydrogen purification enabled the development of ReiCat HighFlex H2® purification. This way it’s feasible to successfully face the adversities of green energies as well. In this area, one has to deal with highly fluctuating and low volume flows.
Conventional gas purification systems cannot provide the desired consistently high gas quality at these week current flows that occur in the power-to-gas segment.
This task is no problem for the ReiCat HighFlex H2® hydrogen purification unit, even at only approx. 10% of the usual volume flow. This means an optimum gas quality of > 5.0 / 99.999 % for the application. In individual cases, even lower flow rates can be realized.
You also benefit from closed-loop regeneration, the generation of emissions can be prevented and hydrogen losses minimized. The compact design enables precise integration into the specific gas supply concept. The HighFlex-H2® purification system is characterized by a small footprint.
Other advantages include minimal maintenance requirements (no rotating parts), maximum availability and low running costs. In addition to compliance with SAE J2719 (H2 for Mobility), ReiCat also offers optional purification to 99.9999 % (grade 6.0).
