In gas generation, great importance is attached to supplying not only safe but also high-quality products. End customers from both the industrial and medical sectors rely on this. This hydrogen purification unit is used for the purification of hydrogen from chlorine electrolysis. This makes a virtue out of necessity: the hydrogen, the by-product of chlorine electrolysis, is purified after separation.
In this case, the H2 comes from compression. Oxygen and moisture are removed. The plant is designed for continuous operation. This is ensured by two redundant dryers. While one dryer removes moisture, the second dryer is in regeneration mode.
We guarantee a residual moisture value of < 2 ppm. The capacity of our system is 3,500 Nm³/h and is designed for 400 bar. ReiCats hydrogen purification units operate without losses and with low energy consumption. This is accompanied by a short amortization period.
