A large proportion of the most diverse branches of industry rely on graphite components. These are used in semiconductor technologies, wind and solar energy, the automotive industry, lamp and battery production and many more.
The production process also involves impregnating graphite components with synthetic resin and hardening them in special curing kettles. After the hardening process, the exhaust air is released. However, as this is contaminated with phenol and formaldehyde, these pollutants are removed using the ReiCat exhaust gas purifcation system.
Our exhaust gas purification system is connected to the main control system of the customer’s process and the exhaust air from a total of five autoclaves is purified individually. The system supplied guarantees phenol and formaldehyde emission values of < 5 mg/Nm³ each and has an output of up to 680 Nm³/h. The sound level is between 55-65 dbA. The system was installed indoors and requires approx. 7 m² of space.
