New helium recycling plant for titanium processing
The time has come: Our latest helium recycling plant for plasma arc melting of titanium alloys is on its way!
The plasma melting process requires high-purity helium, a non-renewable gas with finite resources. The ReiCat gas recycling system enables gas qualities of up to 6.0, even with previously lower qualities. Recovery takes place during operation and more than 95% of the contaminated gas is recovered. In addition to dust and moisture, Cl2, H2, N2 and O2 are removed.
Fluctuating gas availability is a thing of the past.
We achieve this reliably with zero CO2 emissions and a short amortization period.
