Cost savings & sustainability with H2 recycling
Tungsten: This hard and heavy metal is an indispensable material in many industries and manufacturing processes as well as in the high-tech industry. Its hardness makes it perfect for use under extreme loads, and with the highest melting point of all metals, it offers ideal properties for a wide range of high-temperature applications in the aerospace, automotive, and energy technology industries.
Hydrogen, for example, comes into play in the production of the high-tech tungsten powder. A hydrogen recycling system from ReiCat is used to recycle the used and contaminated gas. Our plant in the picture removes oxygen, dust and moisture from H2. The closed-oop works 100% loss-free, and up to 10,000 Nm³/h of hydrogen can be processed here.
We ensure that the hydrogen costs of the treatment process are drastically reduced, while maintaining the same gas quality and security of supply! Our gas recycling systems have a short amortization period and offer maximum availability in continuous operation. They are individually designed according to customer specifications.
