The ReiCat Module product line offers customised catalysts that enable simple and high-quality retrofitting of existing catalytic housings and convert smoke and odour plumes into clean, odourless air.
We offer two versions of the ReiCat Module: Standard sizes and customised special sizes that are specifically tailored to the individual requirements of your roastery. Our technology guarantees maximum emission reduction performance with minimum energy consumption and can be equipped with unique VitarNOx®-technology to avoid the formation of nitrogen oxides.

Mittelgroße Shop-Röster können mit dem elektrisch betriebenen ReiCatino® 450 die beim Röstprozess entstehenden Rauch- und Geruchsfahnen neutralisieren. Dank seiner kompakten Bauweise und den verschiedenen Gestellvarianten kann der ReiCatino® 450 ganz nach den Bedürfnissen Ihrer Rösterei platziert werden.
Der ReiCatino® 600 ist unser Allrounder und bildet die elektrische Zwischengröße zwischen dem ReiCatino® 450 und dem gasbetriebenen ReiCat Gourmet. Dank seiner kompakten Bauweise und der Möglichkeit, unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen gesetzliche Emissionsgrenzwerte einzuhalten, ist er die perfekte Wahl für vielfältige Anforderungen.

The ReiCatino® product line, specially designed for shop roasters and customised to their needs, is electrically powered. In contrast, the systems for speciality and industrial roasters are gas-powered. At the same time, the ReiCat Gourmet and ReiCat Industrial products are used to fulfil the legal emission regulations (e.g. TA-Luft).
A pre-filter serves as an additional safety measure and filters further coffee chaff from the roasting exhaust air that the cyclone does not capture. This ensures the cleanliness and function of the ReiCat catalyst in the event of a cyclone failure.
ReiCat catalysts offer the following advantages over conventional afterburners:
Even with gas-powered catalysts, considerable energy and cost savings can be achieved, as the catalyst requires a much lower operating temperature than an afterburner. This leads to a more efficient utilisation of energy and thus to reduced operating costs for the roasting plants.
The ReiCatino®-line is only suitable for indoor installation. The ReiCat Gourmet and ReiCat Industrial products can be installed indoors and outdoors. In the case of an outdoor installation, the ReiCat team must be informed so that the appropriate insulation can be taken into account.
Commissioning can of course be requested from us and booked in addition.
Within our ReiCatino® product line, the roasting plants can decide for themselves whether they want ReiCat to carry out the commissioning or whether they want to do it themselves. A measurement can also be booked on request. We will be happy to support you by telephone if you wish to carry out commissioning yourself.
Commissioning of our ReiCat Gourmet and ReiCat Industrial systems is always carried out by the ReiCat team. Commissioning is completed with an FID measurement.
Our ReiCat catalysts are generally low-maintenance. Both the pre-filter and the catalyst honeycombs can be cleaned with compressed air. The pre-filter should be serviced regularly: The coffee scales that end up in the pre-filter can be easily removed with a broom. The operating instructions explain exactly how to clean the pre-filter and what needs to be observed. It is important to use the ReiCat catalyst in the same way and to carry out maintenance as described in the operating manual.
The roasting exhaust air polluted with organic impurities is first passed through a pre-filter. The pre-filter protects the catalyst from the coffee chaff, which the cyclone does not capture.
The exhaust air is then channelled through a pipe and heated to the required reaction temperature using an electric hot air blower or a gas burner. The heated air reaches the catalyst, where smoke and odour are neutralised with the help of a thermal reaction.
